    Stickers

    We take great pride in the quality of our stickers. However, if you receive a sticker that is damaged or defective, we offer a 14-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Please contact us with photos of the defective product, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement. Defective products include:

    • Printing errors or poor print quality
    • Damaged or peeling vinyl
    • Incorrect size or design

    Please note that we cannot accept returns for stickers that have been applied or if the backing has been removed. Choose your designs carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

    Keychains

    For our keychains, we offer a 30-DAY WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. This includes:

    • Broken or faulty clasps
    • Print quality issues
    • Structural defects

    If you receive a defective keychain, please contact us with photos of the issue. We'll provide a replacement or store credit if the same design is no longer available.

    Shipping & Returns Process

    For New Zealand customers, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the defective item
    • Description of the issue

    Consumer Rights

    As a New Zealand business, our returns policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). This means you are protected if the products you receive are not of acceptable quality, don't match their description, or aren't fit for purpose. These rights are in addition to our standard warranty.

    Please note: Sale items are covered by the same warranty and consumer protection rights as regular-priced items.
